Mandy Ashford grew up thinking she’d be a pop singer whose name would be synonymous with artists like Madonna. Blonde-haired Mandy was in a choir when she was in high school. She sang side by side with her friend and classmate, Lance Bass. Lance was a member from the very popular boy band, NSYNC, and introduced blue-eyed Mandy to NSYNC’s manager, Lou Pearlman. Excited Miss Ashford was asked by Lou and Justin Timberlake’s mother, Lynn Harless to be a part of the all-girl group, Innosense, which included Britney Spears. Months later, Britney Spears left the group to be a solo artist, but she didn’t forget about Mandy and the girls. Voluptuous Miss Ashford and Innosense toured with Miss Spears as her opening act in 2000. While Melbourne, FL’s Mandy isn’t part of Innosense anymore, she’s still in love with the spotlight. She’s continued to work in show business, but this time, as a model. She’s impressing Playboy fans with her modeling and which is why she’s our Cybergirl of the Week for June 7, 2004.
